While some were disappointed with cold, subpar food and rude service, others were pleasantly surprised by the delicious Hawaiian Porchetta and BBQ ribs. With a charming beach setting but inconsistent food quality and service, the restaurant seems to have potential but may need improvement in certain areas. Overall, it offers a mix of experiences and flavors for diners to explore.
We were recommended to dine at this restaurant, which was also listed in the guide. However, the meals took a long time to be served and were only average in quality. Furthermore, the food was dry, even after waiting for over half an hour.
Eating on the beach with fire dancers was a unique experience. The food was decent, especially the fries with spam, but on the pricey side. The restaurant was busy at night, but the wait staff was rude. In particular, waiter John was very impolite.
While strolling along the white beach, we happened upon Hawaiian BBQ. At first, we weren't expecting much - the menu was tattered, our table was unstable, and the interior of the restaurant lacked enthusiasm. However, to our surprise, we decided to try the Hawaiian porchetta. The glazed apples and tender pork exceeded our expectations! The crispy exterior combined with the juicy meat silenced our hunger. The addition of generous portions made the meal even better. We also tried the chicken katsu, which was good but didn't quite reach the level of deliciousness of the Hawaiian porchetta.
This place has fantastic ribs and good eating in general. it is perfect for a beach atmosphere, can carry everything as it is as casual as possible.
We tried this on our third evening here . It was awesome ! The BBQ ribs were so tender and fall away from the bones easily . The BBQ mixed grill had fish , squid , chicken , pork , and BBQ fruits at an...awesome price of only peso.. Great value for money . Definitely will return for another meal !
