Carl's Jr. - Cathedral City

I received a large cup filled mostly with ice; there was so much ice that I couldn't even fit my straw in. To make matters worse, the guy at the window didn't even get my order right. You all really need to pay more attention to your customers.

I can't believe what happened during my first order, and I definitely won't be ordering again. I placed my order through the app and received a confirmation, but I never got my food. I paid for something I didn't receive, and I haven’t been refunded. All I was advised to do was call, but when I tried, I either reached numbers that didn’t answer or was met with static and annoying beeping sounds. It’s frustrating—I just want my money back and have no one to talk to about this terrible experience. I’m incredibly upset because Carl's Jr. used to be one of my favorite places. This has been so disappointing.

Food was cold and they took forever to come out. Ordered 2 burgers no fries or sides and they made me pull up to the front to take out my food. Took over 10 minutes to get my food and it was still cold!

I waited nearly 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, and the car in front of me was incredibly slow. This was just for two burgers! While they did offer us a discount, it’s still concerning. It is fast food, after all.

Stood in line (their was no line) and not one person acknowledged that I was there for about 10 minutes they kept talking among themselves and helping the guest at the drive thru until they decided to take my order
