Not a good dining experience. 40 minute wait for someone to take orders 90 minute wait for main courses. We did complain and were given a 20% discount. In fact I think the food should have been free. We weren’t the only table complaining we noticed 3 others immediately around us. Such a shame as never had this experience here before and it’s such a nice pub.

It was the busiest we had ever experienced during recent visits, so we had to wait longer than we had hoped for our food and drinks. When the food arrived it was not very hot, but we decided not to complain or send it back. We always enjoy coming here as we know what we are going to get. Hunters Chicken a favourite of my husbands and two of us had Duo of Lamb

Overall reasonably good value for money. Would not rush back but would not avoid either.
