The food is always good. For quick don't feel like cooking days. The service is hit and miss. Some bust their butt and friendly, some don't care. They mostly work pretty hard. I've had days where I wanted to leave in the middle of building my sandwich. Monday 8-14-23 those 2 were great. View all feedback.

It's subway. One day they were out of bread! It's a sandwich shop! Staff is great though

I ordered two platters of sandwiches on a Thursday and was to pick them up on Sunday morning. It was for a family function. When I went to pick them up, the store was closed even though the sign said open. Fortunately I didn’t pay for them. What’s with this? I tried calling themtwo days before and two days after and the phone is busy.
Customer service is not good you have to repeat yourself 3 times to order your sandwich and ingredients. Last time thier food made my father sick never had an issue with Fremont's Subway obviously its way better than this one the only reason we try Port Clinton is because it is closer but we will be taken the extra trip to Fremont from now on. Also, Fremont's Subway is less crowded, service is quick and you don't have to repeat yourself a bunch of times. If I were you I would go to a different subway other than this one in Port Clinton IT SUCKS!!!
Port Clinton shop honored the BOGO sub online offer! Sandwiches were excellent very much enjoyed!
