I'll start by saying that the people who work there are incred... read more It was the second time I've eaten at this restaurant, and it was the second time it blew me away. I'll start by saying that the people who work there are incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was excellent; between courses, we waited just the right amount of time to finish and digest, without rushing. The quality of the fish is excellent, and when combined with the other ingredients, it's an explosion of flavors that make your mouth water more and more. My favorite dishes were the one with truffles (because I absolutely love truffles ; the one with scallops; the one with flambéed salmon; and the seaweed (which I could eat 24/7 . The prices, for the quality of the food, are fair; in fact, they're perhaps even low. I'd say the location is also perfect because it's not even five minutes from the center. It's a shame about the parking, as there's limited space and you have to be lucky to find one. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant; 1. Because everything is superb, and 2. Because it's not that expensive. (If I lived in Catania, I'd be in this restaurant day in and day out. Congratulations!!! I hope to return soon
