What User doesn't like about Le Bistrot Napoleon:
The restaurant doesn't operate with a proper kitchen. All dishes are prepared behind a counter, with a lot of dishes being prepared from frozen. The starters were decent, presumably because they weren't prepared on the spot but brought in. All mest dishes were really poor View all feedback.
