I sent an update to hc after talking to the personal, so they remember that everyone in the past was limited to 4 stars, as it was labeled environmentally friendly. this place surpasses definitiw 5 stars for me! it is a little away from the main tourist areas, but well worth the additional walk. this place is jam with traditional Sicilian foods and baked were made 100% vegan. they also sell vegan cheese and many vegan packed baked goods. they also apply vegan everywhere (all over the walls, on serviettes, inside the food case, outside) and they also apply a vegan app (not hc) on each table. I absolutely loved the taste article I got filled with cut kartoffels, vegan cheese and oliven. I could eat this every day! I wish I knew the name. see photo with the heart I added. the baba dessert with rice cream was amazing! it was like gulab jamun with sweet alcohol taste. I had no gulab jamun in at least 16 years and this cool “vegan cousin” version was even better. I also have vegan cannolis and a pistachio biscuit and enjoyed them. but I saved the economical tasty and the baba.
