One of the best features was live music by an... read more This is the upscale restaurant within the Romano Palace Hotel. It 's more ambitious than a trattoria, to be sure. One of the best features was live music by an excellent jazz pianist and singer. He had been playing in the bar and he moved his electric keyboard to the restaurant, which really enhanced our evening. We enjoyed steak with wok fried vegetables, maiolino (pork) with potato cake, and tagliatelle with a pork sauce. Good wine, also a cut above the usual Sicilian table wine, and refined service. The desserts including gelato were excellent. All in all, we enjoyed Coriadolo far more than the other splurge restaurant we tried in Sicily, the overrated Al Fogher in Piazza Armerina.
