Based on the excellent reviews we decided to try this new place on Friday night. Excellent The reception of the owner who made us feel immediately at ease. We have taken various dishes but those who have impressed us most were bruschettes with chickpeas and fried chicken (Marrakech), so much so that we have eaten them even before we can take a photo. To try absolutely the meatballs in agrodolce. Even the rice timballo with zucchini was very good. The owner also delighted us by offering us a peanut with parmigiana and curry potatoes, both really delicious. Prices in the average, proportional to the quality and quantity of food. We will definitely return to try other types of bruschette (there are 18!!

Buongustaio, excellent fork, presumptuous amateur cook, along with some friends decide to try the specialties of this place, sure that my starting skepticism would find confirmation. A combination too bold, I say, the usual menata of the nouvelle kitchens ... Mortadella and grapes?... The mango on the raw ham? Tsé, Carlo Cracco arrived, I think of myself. And I must say I was rightThey are a presumed unparalleled. The bruschettes are exceptional, the ingredients of excellent quality and the combinations proposed a surprise: the dishes return to the palate a sort of rotondity of taste , yet you can recognize and appreciate every single ingredient. Really congratulations to the owner, Luca, courteous and competent, who between one course and the other explains that he decided to focus only on local raw materials of first choice (for example, he tells me that the meatballs to the sauce were not available that day because the tomatoes were not as he wanted and to use preserves does not speak just) ; and the result is seen. To complete, the place from a sense of care and cleanliness. In conclusion, I highly recommend it and know that I will be back soon to taste all the specialties.

My friend and I were close and we had only 50 minutes to have lunch, when we passed in front of this activity with a modern look and very tidy, we were immediately greeted by Luca with friendliness and kindness that he put us at ease and made us hopefully right away. The advice we decided to welcome was to try their appetizers, to which we matched some local red wine. That wine has been among the best ever drunk, I know that taste in fact it was a red Etna of the area between Linguaglossa and Randazzo. From that moment on we were clear the philosophy of the place and we were already sure that we were expecting a lunch with high quality products, in fact so it was punctually, cured meats and local cheeses served together with vegetables proposed in a delicious way combined with sauces based on exotic fruit. The only real surprise was the account 22 euros in two, for what we ate and drank, a real gift! We also returned the next day to try the Bruschettes, really imaginative and so many this time 50 minutes were not enough to eat them all. This place from the humble name has expressed to the maximum the concept of hospitality and catering, if there was a sixth star I would give it.
