Wendy's - Castro Valley

5 times that I have ordered from here and 5 times they forget the kids Frosty's. Do you have any idea how infur it is to pay $50 for fast food and the kids get all excited for a Frosty that never shows up. Confirming all the items in an order is really not that difficult.

Everything tasted as if it had been sitting there all night. It was hard and stale, very disappointing

Staff there need better training. Ordered a Pretzel Bacon Pub Chicken Sandwich Combo. The sandwich came with a dry bun a dry piece of chicken and some onion ring crumbles. No bacon or cheese or any other condiments. How that happens is beyond me.

We went here Thursday evening. There was a huge line, took about 15 minutes to place order. You would think because of how busy they were, that they would be serving hot, fresh food. Huge disappointment! The nuggets were not only cold but old, unedible.The fries were also cold, so was the burger, the cheese didn't even melt on it. I ordered a root beer and received Dr. Pepper. Itotally dislike Dr. Pepper. The chocolate frosty was watery. I dont know how they could have made so many mistakes for oneorder. Also the frying oil was in need of a change. Idk if we will be going back.

Loved their Pub Bacon Cheeseburger! Strawberry Frostie not bad either, but I still prefer the original Chocolate Frostie to dip my fries in! Delish!!
