Chef's Chinese Food - Castro Valley

Great portion for the price. Yummy chow mein, fried rice and sesame chicken. Eggplant tofu was cooked well, but a little flavorless. Pot stickers are really just gyoza, would be yummy with a little extra crisp.

I ordered Sweet Sour Pork, Broccoli Beef, Basil Eggplant Tofu. and Chow Fun. Each item was well seasoned and were delicious

I purchased 2 of the 3-entre meals. everything was fresh, the containers looked pretty and carefully packed, and all entrees and veggies were delicious. They will be my go-to place.

Omg the Mongolian Beef fried rice are beyond what I could apos;ve imagined.. it apos;s giving hibachi and I couldn apos;t be happier

The Mixed Vegetable Shrimps was perfectly cooked. Ive enjoyed all the dishes Ive ordered.
