This had been my favourite restaurant for at least 5 years but no longer. Standards had started to slip and the decline was noticeable by last September but are now striking. It always used to be a little bit pricey but was high on food quality and service but now no longer. Service was poor and the standard of cooking was very low given the huge prices charged. Music unimaginative and relatively tuneless. The lovely... View all feedback.
They wrote down the reservation time that we made from Spain three weeks ago due to a misunderstanding of time change. Instead of looking for a solution, the person who served us was haughty and insolent. We were two years ago and the experience was good but after this treatment I will not return. I am aware that everyone can make mistakes, what cannot be allowed is a treatment with a great lack of tact and education.
Restaurant on top of the beach, super quiet and with fantastic views. We really liked everything from the service to the food and the surrounding space. We just think that the prices of the meal were high, due to the fact that the quality of the food did not fully follow the same. Service: Dine in
Comida super boa. Mais caro que o normal, mas vale a pena. Além do excelente atendimento e do ambiente na praia.
Aproveite o Algarve ao sol e à bela Cataplana!
I gave this restaurant a five for the combination of excellent service, beautiful location and the great sea food and bar. We started off our (a party of 8 and 2 children with lovely cocktails from the great bar . I particularly recommend the Pink Porto . They we had appetizers of the ceviche , gazpacho , soup of the day , oysters , and mussels á marinhera. We think that though they were all delicious , the mussels and oysters were particularly great , and we think you should save the bread to soak up the sauce. For the mains we had the octopus , duck, prawn cakes , sea food pasta , and salmon. Duck was the with a lovely orange honey sauce , and the grilled octopus were the two best dishes . The seafront of pasta comes in second. Al of the dishes are quite generous with portions, and if you are coming for lunch, it could be that you could Split the mains after eating the appetizers . Also all the service we received was so attentive and the view on the outside patio breathtaking . It is recommend to call ahead if you'd like to sit outside . Also we recommend the Grifo duoro white wine for the fish .
