I have been twice and both times I have eaten beans with boletus, delicious. The second time was somewhat unpleasant because you could hear screams and several people arguing in the kitchen.

You can't visit the monastery of San Pedro Cardeña without trying blood sausage and chorizo, as well as other good pinchos.
