What User doesn't like about Auberge Seraphine:
Did not stay in the hotel, but visited the restaurant. WOW so expensive and overpriced. Even for people coming from USA and UK find it a bit over the top. Staff was difficult to deal with, they have refused to break down the prices and wanted to serve the bill for 10 people altogether stating that it is not possible to calculate. Wonder why? When finally they have provided the bill our was Ok , but my friends bill wa... View all feedback.

The highlight of our dinner laughs hysterically about some of the terrible reviews that the restaurant/hotel has received from various outraged customers. These reviews are obviously written by small mentally ill persons who expect to be treated as if they are a celebrity if they are actually probably spending a few dollars on the services. We had a nice laugh about the poor disgruntled cartridges that came before us while we enjoy a nice relaxed dinner.
Nice hotel, with large staff and food. The hotel is a great example of the lucian experience, the staff go out the way to help you if needed and there are many things to do in St.Lucia and the hotel is located in the capital of the island that is great.
Friendly staff, very nice hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Pool needs renovation. Good food in the restaurant, although they often do not have several things on the menu. Great if you have shops in Castries and don't want to travel from Gros Islet.
Expect what you pay for $115/night ! Lunch and dinner were super over priced! Got the fish of the day, some rice, beans, mac&cheese with salad for $50 US dollars! Lunch special was even worst. Two chicken legs, rice, salad, Mac& cheese for $35USD. I’ve had better food for those prices... Local beer Piton is $3 on tap. They don’t serve you beer bottles. Pool was ok, but there were only two chairs to sunbathe in. Bartender Denver is the best, he’s usually there at night. The older gentleman in the bar at noon takes forever to get you a drink or whatever you need. The owners are super sweet and welcoming. Room was clean and a little outdated. Little fridge in the room does not cool drinks very well. There is no safe in the rooms. The receptionist at the main office was very helpful and polite. Not sure if I will stay there next time on my business travels.
