What Margaret F likes about Ruby's:
This is the upstairs floor over a busy pub. Very handy for the Comber Road stop on the G1 Glider, and also good onsite parking. The ambience was a bit lacking, but the staff were friendly and professional. I'll be back! View all feedback. What 241nin74 doesn't like about Ruby's:
Horrendous. It was so cold we ate dinner with our coats on and. Could see our breath. read moreRubies, conveniently located above a busy pub, presents a range of dining experiences. Diners praise the delicious roast beef and sticky toffee pudding, noting reasonable prices and friendly service. However, several patrons lamented poor service and wait times, with chaotic brunch experiences resulting in misplaced orders and unresponsive staff. The ambiance received mixed feedback, with some suggesting a need for renovation. While many enjoyed their meals, others expressed disappointment over inadequate service and a lack of festive spirit. Overall, Rubies offers promising dishes but may require a more consistent approach to service and atmosphere.
