I enjoy a good chicken korma every now and then. I tried one from this restaurant for the first time tonight and it was absolutely outstanding. It truly is the best chicken korma I have ever tasted. View all feedback.
What Suzie G doesn't like about Castle Iindia Takeaway:
I tried a new Indian takeaway by ordering one dish to test it out. Unfortunately, I did not receive what I ordered. The dish was tasteless, unappetizing, and cold. Upon reheating it, I found the meat to be tough, fatty, and of poor quality. I will not be returning to this restaurant. There are better options, such as the chipper and Chinese restaurant nearby. Avoid this place at all costs. Disappointing experience. View all feedback.

Absolutely awful, just had prawn vindaloo and a butter chicken curry, 6 prawns in the vindaloo only fairly hot and not good tasting. And 5 pieces of chicken in the butter curry and very bland. The worst in my 53 years. I will stick with making my own in future.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, they are willing to accommodate special off-menu orders. I have ordered takeout from here multiple times and it has always been excellent. The staff is also very friendly.
This is a new business in Castleisland and being a fan of Indian food we 've had two meals from their recently. I wasn 't sure what to expect as I 've had terrible Indian cuisine in Ireland. But it was excellent, and what I would call 'proper ' Indian cuisine. We tried the Lamb Jalfrezi, Lamb Biryani and Lamb Chilli Masala. They were all as good as each other, tasty well cooked and the meat was tender. They put in free Poppadoms and Chutneys, and the staff were friendly and had the food ready when they said it would be. A visiting friend said they 'd recommend their food, that 's high praise indeed as he originates from Bradford where Indian food is renound! We were also able to buy Pizza and Chips for the kids alongside the Indian food, which is handy. They only do takeaway and have no seating to eat in, but that 's the only thing missing.
