What User doesn't like about The Grateful Table:
Good ingredients, friendly staff and customers, but inconsistent. I was there before and had good experiences, this last trip was a disappointment. Portions were very small (I supplemented my meal with a trip to Kootenay market) and the prices are quite high. The staff was still great, but not enough to justify it. View all feedback.
Wow !!!!! I can honestly say this had been one of the best Greek food experiences I’ve had in many years ! I visit Castlegar on a reg basis and was thrilled when I had the opportunity to test the food and it absolutely did not disappoint ! I travel from the lower mainland and this restaurant is one of my first stops when I get to Castlegar ! I think I’m pretty close to having tried everything on the menu and hope I get the chance to visit it for many years to come ! The welcoming atmosphere and friendly workers make you feel like your part of their family love you Grateful Table
We were visiting Castlegar when our friends took us to this restaurant. We sat in a bigger room so kids could play around when we ate. The food was very tasty. The signature drink feel so refreshed. And the Greek salad and wrap is so authentic, fresh and tasty. Yummmm!The owner George was a friendly great host. We had a delightful time dining at the grateful table.
My son said he had the best pizza in his life. That means a lot because he is very picky eater.I am really into Greek food and visit Greek restaurants wherever I go. Grateful Table has the juiciest and tastiest gyros of what I tried so far.You can also count on great and fast service and friendly atmosphere at Grategul Table.

I absolutely love The Grateful Table. I love that its family owned and operated by real people who actually care about our community and go out of their way to contribute in such a positive way to our community's way of life. Not only that but the food is absolutely amazing. Its always a win when our family gets The Grateful Table for dinner. I also appreciate how clean their space is. Thank you Grateful Table!!!!
