Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
If they want to offer online ordering for pickup, they should keep their lobby open for customers to actually pick up their orders. I ordered online 20 minutes ago, and my coffee was ready 10 minutes ago, yet I’m still stuck in the drive-thru line! I understand that personal issues can arise, but they should at least make the lobby accessible so customers can collect their drinks. This situation is poorly managed! View all feedback. I absolutely love this place! I was warmly greeted as always when I arrived. After placing my order, I was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso, and I happily said yes! I could hear someone in the back cheering that I was getting an upgrade, as they were having a friendly competition.
