Scileppi's offers a fun and lively atmosphere, perfect for enjoying pizza or exploring the entire menu. My boyfriend and I love sitting at the bar with a bottle of wine. I often order their pizza by the slice; the sauce and crust are simply perfect. He enjoys the fettuccine, which strikes a wonderful balance of cream, butter, and cheese. Megan, our server, is fantastic—engaging and attentive. My teenage kids and I al... View all feedback.

We absolutely love the pizza at this place! They really know how to make it right. It's the best pizza in Castle Rock! I just wish they offered delivery.

I'm honestly not sure why this place is rated so high as the food wasn't that good.Although I did like that you can buy individual garlic knots at 0.75 cents each, they aren't that great. The garlic sauce itself isn't bad, but you can tell they just paint it on with a brush and the parts of the knot that didn't have any didn't taste like anything and was a little tough. Good knots are soft and fluffy, but this one didn't deliver. The marinara sauce that came with this and the stuffed slice didn't have much kick to it; rather, it had a very generic taste. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just prepackaged sauce considering how small the kitchen area is.The stuffed slice wasn't terrible, but not very memorable either. Nothing about this slice stood out at all.The Sicilian slice was the weakest Sicilian pizza I've ever had. It was super thin for a Sicilian pizza and parts of it were collapsing where I put my fingers underneath to stabilize it because it came out super doughy. The regular slice was the best thing I had, but even that wasn't very impressive. The crust was harder than I liked. The strongest aspect of every pizza was the cheese, but overall it can't save the pizza. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very unique experience to enjoy authentic style Italian food in an old church. The stained glass windows and rustic wood give an elegant atmosphere and made topic for much of our conversations. The food was wonderful. Very unique blend of flavors. My group voted the tortellini as their favorite dish from the selections we had for our table. The lasagna and gnocchi were a very close second and third. The only complaint we have is that our server disappeared for a little too long after we finished our meal. Our venture was a work lunch and while we enjoyed ourselves we ended up cutting it very close when trying to pay, leave and return to the office. It made a very enjoyable lunch outting end a bit more stressful than needed.
