Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Chicken is always fresh here. Customer service is outstanding!

Food was fresh. The workers were extremely nice. Love raising canes.

Canes is our “go to” for fast food chicken. Love the box combo and sweet tea.

I went through the drive-thru on Tuesday April 23rd 2024 at 9:50 pm. The drive-thru girl with multi dyed hair was extremely friendly and nice. The food was a different story. I ordered the caniac combo which is six chicken fingers and they were small, shriveled, and luke warm. They totaled what would be three normal size chicken fingers. Also the fries were lukewarm. The only item that was proper temperature was the coleslaw. If they don't want to serve hot fresh food because it's close to closing, they should just tell me and I would gladly move along to somewhere else.Response to their response: I have no desire to call you to further elaborate or discuss anything. Your insincere, generic, cookie cutter, copy and paste response is not meaningful or appreciated. If you are truly the owner then state your name and take ownership of the subpar food you are serving and how you plan on changing and making it better.
