Both times, Alexander was behind the bar crafting my drinks. He not only prepares amazing beverages but is also friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about his work. I'm really glad there's a place like this in Castle Rock!

Since moving from New York to Denver almost a year ago, I've had a hard time finding a cocktail bar that suits my taste. I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon one of the best places I've ever visited in the quaint town of Castle Rock. The drinks were absolutely amazing, and our bartender, Alexander, was both knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. The decor provided a dark yet clean ambiance that made for a cozy atmosphere. I enjoyed my time there so much that I am eager to return again and again. I highly recommend it!

The ambiance was stunning, the bartender was exceptionally friendly, and I really enjoyed my drink—a crumble butter old fashioned. Their whiskey menu is also quite impressive. I wish I could have stayed for more than one drink, but I was too full from the Italian restaurant next door. I’m definitely planning to return! The bartender also mentioned some upcoming events, so be sure to check OpenTable for details. Overall, my visit to Provision was fantastic!

We decided to try the short rib sliders from the menu—they were delicious! We also ordered drinks, and everything was fantastic. I loved watching the mixologists in action, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be returning!
