Amazing food and staff. AS ALWAYS... and of coarse the chef was great.
Mt. Fuji is pretty amazing. I don't know what else to say. The food is always constant and the service is great. The hibachi chefs are also hilarious. Prob one of the better Asian restaurant in castle rock.
This place was great. Chef Jeff was great and my kids had a blast
Surprised to see the low ratings because I just had a wonderful experience! I was greeted right away and my server was very friendly. He saw how cold I was and went and got me a hot tea. My rainbow roll and spicy tuna roll were amazing. Prices were fair as well. Overall very pleased.
