What's the point in having the bonfire grill if it's not reliably open? There weren't even hot dogs in the rolling machine. That was like the whole reason I bothered to come here. This happens too much... I went back again this morning looking looking for breakfast and Zoa energy Drinks. Every other mavericks seems to have this stuff regularly.... I'm an Uber guy and I drive all over town. I actually love mavericks, just not this one. Once again today there was nothing hot and ready for breakfast. There there were no Zoe energy drinks, which gives in supply lines I guess I can't be upset about. But but when I saw there was no breakfast I got visibly irritated for a moment and the clerk saw me and literally chuckled. I'm driving my a off this morning and just wanted food something to drink and couldn't get it. And then I got laughed at for it. I'm never going back to this place again.

To make matters worse, the random closing times are infuriating. Although this store is advertised as being open 24 hours, that’s not entirely true. Any given night, you might find a "temporarily closed" sign up (last night it was 9:42 PM, and on other nights it’s been as late as 11:30 PM). I suspect it's due to having only one staff member on duty who might be on break, yet the sign indicates they will remain closed until 7 AM. Other locations in town don’t seem to have this issue, and I'm grateful for that because it's both frustrating and inconsistent. If you can’t stay open late, just change your hours. But 9:42 PM on a Saturday? Unbelievable. This place is quickly becoming the worst in town.

The customer service was extremely disappointing, and I won’t be coming back here in the future. The cashier was more focused on her personal phone call than on acknowledging or efficiently serving us. While I understand that personal matters can come up, this particular call didn’t seem urgent and could have been handled during her break.

For a gas station, this place is quite impressive! The interior is well-designed and much cleaner than a typical Seven-Eleven. They offer a good variety of items, and the prices are reasonable. The food prepared here is consistently hot and of high quality! The drinks are fantastic too; they have an icee machine as well as a machine for milkshakes, smoothies, and protein shakes, making it a great spot for affordable milkshakes! The only downside is the customer service; the staff can often seem clumsy and fatigued, and there's usually a long line. Overall, it's a solid gas station.
