Ihop - Castle Rock

Good breakfast. Waitress wasnt into more coffee or letting you take your time. She wanted quick meal and sip or 2 on coffee and was waiting a foot away to swoop in to clear table and give out ticket! Jeez...what else she got to do that I was stopping her doing?

Cash only? Employees said that card machines had been down four days and they were forced to transact all business on a cash basis. Our group had just enough cash to cover modest lunches and tip. No beverages. The service was splendid, as was the food. I feel for the employees. C'mon, IHOP Corporate. Fix your damn card machines!

I had an excellent experience at this IHOP. Our waiter, Felipe, was incredibly kind and attentive. The food arrived quickly, and we were regularly checked on to ensure everything was to our liking. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. I would say this is one of the best IHOPs I’ve ever visited!

This IHOP is pretty much what you'd expect. We tend to order the same dishes each time. My wife chose the 55+ Rise and Shine, while I opted for the 55+ 2x2x2. Everything was just right. The service was excellent.

The restaurant was quite busy, but my food arrived quickly. I would have rated it 5 stars if I had received the fresh fruit I ordered instead of the hash browns. Although I did get the fresh fruit after inquiring about it, it wasn’t included in the initial delivery.
