I highly recommend visiting Hickory Baked Ham if you're in the 80108 area. They offer fantastic holiday hams (my sister-in-law, who usually doesn't like ham, loves theirs), as well as excellent cuts of meat and sausages. It's a family-friendly establishment, owned and operated by a lovely family. View all feedback.
The service here was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even late at night. Thank you!

I visited the store for the first time this past week and bought a spiral ham. Wow, it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be making this place one of my regular stops.
The shop is small and has more of a warehouse vibe with a modest storefront. Unsure of what to expect, I called ahead to check if they had a half ham in the 7-8 lb range available for pickup. The staff member I spoke to asked when I wanted to come by, and since I was nearby, I mentioned I could arrive in about 15-20 minutes. It was ready when I got there. Finding the place was a bit tricky. They are located at the corner of Castleton Drive and Commerce Court. The address is listed on Commerce, but the sign faces Castleton, which made it hard for me to spot it while navigating. I called again, and they kindly guided me in. The ham itself is fantastic, and I will definitely return for more! I’m also attaching their price list. They offer other products like bacon, sausage, and ribs. I tried some bacon as well, which was good, but the ham is the real star here! It's a wonderful local business that I’m always more than happy to support. A tip: My husband and I typically buy a bone-in half ham around 7-8 pounds. Once I get home, I break it down and wrap slices in 10-12 oz packages for the freezer, so we can enjoy it gradually. I also save the bone and the unsliced ham sections together for a soup-making kit for later.
This establishment has been a staple in Douglas County for many years. While the exterior of the building may seem simple, their smoked hams are incredibly tasty. Give them a chance—you won’t regret it, and you’ll find yourself returning again and again.
