I tried to place an app order twice but the app was glitching. I called in a large order. I was greeted by the most pleasant young man! I came in to the store to get the drinks and pick up the food, and the entire team there was simply amazing. Great hustle, great customer service, they got the order for my family of 7 ready in minutes, everything was correct, and they were polite. I hope the store manger reads this... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs Castle Rock Meadows:
For a lunch order over the weekend....Slow Service even with only one other party order. The people who take our order could hardly compose a full sentence that made sense and they could not even tell us what kind of bread options there were. The staff is friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in the door! The food is fresh and yummy! I love the sweet tea! Yummy

I work with a local Special Needs Non Profit and for the past 3 1/2 years Firehouse Subs has fed our 60+ volunteers during September Heroes month. It is such a treat to provide a wonderful meal to our volunteers. The kids celebrate many heroes that night firemen, policemen, military men... and the way Firehouse supports local charities makes them a hero to us, too. So yummy and we are so thankful!
Just wanted to give a shout out to Cory and his staff at Firehouse Subs! They are always so generous to our community. I have personally worked with them on school spirit nights and school auction items and they are always willing to donate. Our schools and kids appreciate them so much! Thanks for all you do!!!
Food was fantastic. A little smaller size but food taste was outstanding. My son wanted to go back for dinner.
