Omg, where do I start? we were here in the early afternoon maybe 2 or 3. wait to serve them 5 minutes. at the end went to the kitchen to see all 3 women with a... read more Omg, where do I start? we were here in the early afternoon maybe 2 or 3. wait to serve them 5 minutes. at the end went to the kitchen to see all 3 women with a jackass. I said anyone was serving. was met with a dirty look and yes in. a minute then it went on. Finally, a young boy sent out, who was very stressed and run out of his feet while wearing the chat over the stars. I said I'm sorry no coffee broke back as machines. okay. I'm sorry, no coke machine! you guessed. no coke cans. in the round nothing, even if the caffe is beaten in the middle of a super market! then carefully ordered a jkt kartoffel and salat. hubby has ordered a complete English. I had not set myself and eating was on the table. sufficient to say, jkt was literally crowned and stone cold! hubbys was also hardly warm and disgusting. I ordered a refund and got it. hubby never said again. nothing like the one in maldon, with whom another customer was in agreement. beautiful staff and eat freshly cooked in contrast here. this place needs fresh staff to get rid of this. lazy and open rude! the young boy made everything. many customers complained and all. of us said the young should lead this caffe. if you can call it that. I am so disgusting in writing to the manager and health and safety.

Waited 45 minutes fo... read more Paid for food and drinks using the self service screen. Found a table and went to get tea/coffee and cutlery. No cups, no knives, no forks. Waited 45 minutes for food (along with a lot of other fed up customers) went and asked how much longer, to be told another 10 minutes so asked for money back..only for the food to appear. We ate it and it was fine, but we shan’t be going back. Not enough staff.
