Awful experience. Short staffed, and struggling to cope. No coffee. Sending people to self service tills but no note about not having coffee. So many people disgruntled and moaning. Food took about 40mins to come out. I had the poached egg on avacado and toast. First thing it looked not very appetising. The poached egg was hard boiled. The avacado so cold it had frozen lumps in it and as a result the toast was cold. The staff were constantly apologising and explaining about the coffee machine. As it got busier it got worst. I would of demanded my money back but felt sorry for the staff. I don't blame staff I blame management. The amount of stress this was putting on staff is not fair and not a nice working environment. We won't return obviously

Visited here for late breakfast. Hot chocolate machine apparently not been working for some time. Some items unavailable why? you’re based inside a supermarket. One young man was doing a magnificent job. We saw him taking orders and payments, bringing food to tables, refilling coffee machine and various other jobs. I was seriously concerned that he might disappear up his own backside at any moment. He was dashing about like a blue a d fly poor devil. You need more staff because he was doing the work of about three people.He needs a medal. Food was lukewarm.

Just bought two quarter pounder meals and two apple pies. Got hone to discover one lot of fries missing and no apple pies although I was charged for them!!!! After having driven over an hour to get home I wanted something quick and easy....your phone line is permanently engaged Receipt no MRWW RGRD JQGH Thanks a lot McDonalds Sylvia

Paid for food and drinks using the self service screen. Found a table and went to get tea/coffee and cutlery. No cups, no knives, no forks. Waited 45 minutes for food (along with a lot of other fed up customers) went and asked how much longer, to be told another 10 minutes so asked for money back..only for the food to appear. We ate it and it was fine, but we shan’t be going back. Not enough staff.

As usual this café had excellent freshly cooked food fish and chips in our case. My mum liked the fact she could have a 'small ' portion too.
