An absolute disaster of a meal. I won't be buying again in the near future. Delivery left on my doorstep, without being notified. Abysmal service.
I ordered chips,popcorn and a wrap in their saver meal and got something totally different,if your going to change someone's order at least let the customer know,shocking
All they care about is uber eats just eat and delivered customers in the queue they don't care total liberty poor customer service
I went to this restaurant on a Friday evening. The man at the counter ignored me and continued serving others who arrived after me until I spoke up. I placed my order and received my food promptly, but no communication was made. When I got home, I was shocked to discover that the chicken was cold and extremely dry, and the portions of chips were very small. I actually counted the chips, and one portion had 21 chips while the other had 23 chips. This experience was disappointing and I plan on making a complaint.
I called KFC to inquire about an order I placed on Just Eat and was met with a rude lady who was not suitable for customer service. This occurred on 10/03/19 and she eventually got her manager involved, shouting to him about my call. It would have been better if she had contacted Just Eat directly. I overheard the entire conversation. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my food or a refund. Thank you, Tarpots KFC, for the poor customer service in Benfleet.
