Starbucks - Castle Pines

My little one accidentally knocked over the entire cup display, breaking several cups, and I was mortified. However, the staff was incredibly understanding and handled the situation beautifully. They first made sure that my child wasn’t hurt and then surprised me with a complimentary coffee since it was my birthday. Who does that? Only genuinely kind and wonderful people. They could have easily been upset or asked us to leave, but they chose to show compassion instead. I give them five thousand stars!

Friendly staff and just diets that make my drink right

I prefer their pumpkin spice lattes over many other places I've visited in the Castle Rock area.

I have gone here over the past couple years off and on. It used to be fine. Lately, there have been one person working I know there are worker shortages however, one time the person working was yelling and venting to a co worker by the sitting area and ignored me so I left. Then today I ordered a drink and it barely had coffee in it just all milk. Needless to say I am not pleased that I spent five dollars on some drink that and did not mean my expectation for me Starbucks typical expectation. I will not ever frequent that Starbucks again.

We ordered three coffees, but only one was correct. The wait time was also quite long.
