Las Fajitas Mexican - Castle Pines

Chain SW place in castle pines that I was less than impressed with. I got a smothered burrito and the green chile tasted as though some eucalyptus found its way into the batch. I couldn't place the flavor at all and it was very unpleasant. The place was packed due to a major accident on the highway so maybe that's why the food and service were not so great. But I doubt I'll be giving this place another try.

I really like having a tasty Mexican place so close.

Absolute heroes in this place. They were so busy and still managed to get every request correct and food arrived hot and delicious with a smile on delivery. <3s Vegetarian options: Make sure to always ask about beans and rice additives to avoid surprises. They know their menu and will advise if a swap is needed.

Food was below average. The waitress gave us an attitude the entire time we were there. Probably will not come back unless im desperate and dont feel like driving to Castle Rock.
