I don't remember the names of everything but everything we ordered was delicious! Went for my birthday. What Copa D doesn't like about Sushishima Japanese (castle Hills):
The waiter literally hit my car bc I couldn't leave a good tip. Was obviously trying to get the most out of the buy two get one free but my compadre got two $7 rolls and when I realized we should split the check so that I could get a better discount the waiter refused to split it for our two separate meals. I came here on a week night for dinner with my boyfriend and it was delicious. I really enjoyed my sushi plates and the cucumber salad (although I do believe they could make the cucumber look a little fancier, perhaps with a more sophisticated way of cutting the ingredients). My boyfriend ordered two plates and it was so much food so luckily we got plenty of leftovers. I would definitely come back again especially because the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and attentive.
The atmosphere for a sunday evening was relaxing and calm. Food was fresh and flavorful and our waiter jose was super helpful with recommendations and very attentive. The sushi is so fresh, the seaweed salad is to die for, and the staff is always so friendly. Happy hour is perfect time, so make sure to swing by! And it's perfect for date night due to the lighting and design.
We got seated quickly and the host was very nice. Our waitress Jalyn was very attentive and efficient! The food was amazing! Appetizers came out fast and were delicious. The sauce of the agedashi tofu was so tasty. The rolls were also extremely good and they tasted very fresh. I highly recommend this place for sushi as the environment is relaxing, food is great, and service is top notch!
