First, my review would have been different in week days when mountains are not crowded. But during weekend it's hell! We cannot blame it on the owners of course, but i suggest to be more strict with guests: people just seat before ordering and just stay seated while others are really with trays full of food and drinks. we had lunch in the refuge with typical mountain and substantial dishes. for us the portions were abundant. the service was waxy and the girls always smiling. the only negative signal is arguing noise when the room fills that makes the conversation difficult even at a short distance. Great mountain place where to bring children and make them enjoy outdoors. There are swing slides and all the space to make them run safely. the cabin offers excellent dishes with super fast service. I recommend the preparation because in the beautiful days is very full. recommended
Well this place is handled top.... the owner is very nice , like all the staff that is accurate fast and then ask him the rent with the bunch of blueberries is to fly away! the kitchen in addition is very good and genuine and the prices reflect the quality you need! local compliments top!
My husband and I stopped at the thermal cabin for lunch, among the various choices we opted for a polenta dish with mushrooms and lard. Mushrooms cooked perfectly, the polenta cooked very well, was not tasty, but with the savory goto of the lard it was perfectly married. The dish has completely satisfied us! For dessert we chose two different types of tarts, both delicious. Congratulations to the chef, and to the girls trained at the service: very kind, very quick and urgent! We'll definitely come back.

Very touristic refuge accessible on foot or by chairlift. in periods of high season it is advisable to book to eat. if there was no place, at 20 meters, there was the beach of pora, a small artificial beach with a small barn that makes the sandwiches open only in summer. there are also free tables in front of the shelter. a 15 minute walk you can also reach the floor of the refuge de la palú and a little further away the Magnolini refuge; from here you can proceed to malga valmezzana. or from the term you can proceed to reach the upper pore (not always open).
