Is certainly a place that cultivates and exalts tradition: good visit of the appetizers (cut and donzelle, crostini, parrot, .. good the first (pici and tortelli,) good the wild boar and the sweet (cheese-cake)., all made by them with oil and wines recovered from producers of quality of the area. the pretty rudy (mylanist friend) and his family are giving a slightly different environment to this Tuscan trattoria with a really enviable position (it is recommended to get there early, in the sunset stage) that no longer leads to the euro all inclusive however of good quality, but to a different format (at least, so happened to us this summer,) more qualitative but also more expensive: the ambitious choice (make a quality tractor but could also be risky. Anyway, congratulations to the whole family for food!

We were here last night and we were very well. super nice and quiet place, with a beautiful panoramic view (I recommend going when there is still the sun.) we took a degotation as a starter for two people, very good and in just quantity to get after a first. the tortelli were fantastic, felt that the pasta was homemade as well as the ragù. Unfortunately we did not take dessert as we were full excellent the wine glass recommended by the girl! the staff is super friendly and helpful by phone booking, makes you feel at home without being intrusive and above all is very prepared in the explanation of the menu. another not less important note, the bathroom is very clean. so many do not pay attention to this detail, but I will definitely come back and we will advise you!

A gastronomic experience is evaluated from every point of view, from the reception to the service of the room, from the service of wines to the goodness of the meal...that say, if not the true Maremma...profumes, sea, mountains and so much Tuscany in this exceptional place, highly recommended.

Good food, great wine, very nice place. Honest price. The only question mark, the owner/manager/camerie... a little particular person. Personal judgment: I prefer a little more humility.
