In the crazy hot days last week we stopped here for dinner and cooled off a little in the narrow streets. Very pleasant and helpful waiter Nicoló. 5 for him. Take care boy and drive slowly We enjoy.
Food and wine was excellent, and we really liked the location and owners of this restaurant. Definitely our favorite restaurant in Castelsardo.
Restaurant in an alley where the welcome is decent but it's a real tourist trap. It's good but very expensive and a bit limited in the plate. 15€ for a pork chop and 7€ for a plate of grilled vegetables consisting of 2 eggplant slices and 5 zucchini slices. It's a steal. 16€ for a plate of spaghetti bolognese is expensive. 3€ for a 75cl bottle of water when the day before in another restaurant it was 3€50 for 1.5l. So if you can go elsewhere, don't hesitate. Oh yes and 2€50 for service per person so 10 balls for 4. Free in other restaurants like the one from the day before in Isola Rossa.
Castelsardo is beautiful and offers magnificent views and places! One of these is the trattoria La Schizzula owned by Ignazio Satta! A welcoming and family-friendly place. After a tour of the castle, I highly recommend eating here! We stumbled upon it by chance and were greeted with a smile. We had Sardinian gnocchetti with tomato and dried sausage, and delicious culurgiones! Nicolò recommended an excellent Vermentino, and the dessert was truly delicious! If we'd had room for more, we would have ordered something else, but the portions are generous! Nicolò, a little nervous, start smoking again!! Hahaha, I'm kidding! You're the best! Well done everyone, thanks again!! We'll definitely be back soon!
