This restaurant and chef certainly deserve more than one Michelin star as a previous reviewer stated. Every course was a sensation! The staff are fabulous. The atmosphere not at all stiff or precious, but warm, comfortable and inviting. Perfection!

The Somm was very enthusiastic and served a selection of regional small production wines. We had a great evening learning from him about his selections and the new concept opening next year. Will certainly return on a future trip to Ortisei.
