We spent a great evening with Jean-Louis the chef of the Théâtre Compagnie restaurant. We ate well, the meal was hearty but not too much, just the ideal. I am delighted to have been able to exchange with the leader who is a writer. I'll be back with pleasure.

Very good restaurant , the best Tagliatelles pasta of the region , super nice boss , this is the first time I came , beautiful , when I return to Castelnaudary , I will return without hesitation .
