What User doesn't like about Lou Griffoul:
On the other side of the village, I read the comments that were very positive! Except that the restaurant has changed hands recently (a priori in the spring of 2021 and it's not at all the same kitchen as before... Salade hot any, has 12 euros tt of the same (green salt, some slices of tomatoes and 2 toasts of goat (stop probably industrial and it's a shame, given local production... . I stopped there one afternoon to have lunch and take a break on the vacation road. The dish was copious and very well prepared (top meat, fresh fries and perfectly seasoned salad), all accompanied by a good local beer. The boss is friendly and exudes calm and authenticity of the country . Only one regret, not having tasted the famous ALIGOT, but that will definitely be for next time!! I recommend without hesitation.
Small restaurant in a medieval village, traditional French cuisine, homemade. Homemade fries Calf's sweetbreads, calf's head, Aveyron salad, etc. homemade desserts except the ice creams which come from the freezer according to the owner. A warm atmosphere in all simplicity. Thank you for this good time

Sunday, in the castelnau pegayrols, we took our meal in this charming restaurant. we took the menu and frankly very well served, very friendly .server . we will return with pleasure
