Excellent dinner among colleagues in this ferma inn. The bosses are very pleasant and are happy to share their business. High and crowded ducks on site, operating power and local for another part. The dinner was at the height of their involvement and respect for traditions...... A hearty and excellent menu. The foie gras is top, the magrets too ....At the end everything is good. On holiday in the Gers, you had to choose a farm inn that gathers the setting and authentic dishes. One without fault. In a building at the heart of the operation, the warmth of the welcome immediately makes us comfortable. The presence of families from around the nearby tables then confirms the relevance of the choice. The presentation of the dishes makes us share the life of this family of producers with ease. Their accompaniment and cooking tips give them a true quality of listening to their guests. The variations around the duck (rillette, liver-grass, gizzards, magret,... follow each other to make a real treat, otherwise copied. In a practical way we can evoke an excellent value for money, otherwise we will remember for a long time a gastronomic organ point in this region.
