We ate here whilst staying at Corte Mainolda. The pizzas were cheap and great and there were plenty of guests. Does what it says on the tin.
Have renewed pizza dough, offering in addition to the classic lap a pizza with high hydration. the new pizza dough on the palate is very light, fragrant and digestible as subjected to long maturation. Baked in an electric oven that guarantees precision in cooking and temperature stability. Sublime perfumes. note of merit to the perfect pizzaiolo service.
