El Pollo a Baja Temperatura queda increíblemente tierno, una verdadera experiencia de sabor.
El Tartar de Atún es sencillamente exquisito. La frescura del atún combinada con los sutiles condimentos hacen de este plato un auténtico éxito.
El Foie Gras Magnum de postre fue el toque final perfecto, se derrite en la boca y absolutamente delicioso.
