all very good and very good attention. excellent price. classic and without modern rimbombancias, like most of today's restaurants, which sell more design and photo than gastronomy. A pity that this kind of restaurant is a minority. It's worth visiting. I'm sure we'll be back before they retire. View all feedback.
What Mateo Ibáñez doesn't like about Vieja Roma:
A family run pizza restaurant where the family seem to have lost interest/pride in their work. Pizza base was tough and did not have the elasticity of a home made dough. I have had better pizzas from Lidl. View all feedback.
We stumbled across this restaurant by accident and WOW what an experience!! We were welcomed by Salvatore and his wife as if we weee entering their own home, but as they gave us the menu Salvatore suggested he just bring a few dishes out for the table (we are a family of 4 with a 17 year old and a 12 year old). Everything is homegrown and homemade and we were not disappointed. Salvatore has an obvious pride in his food and so he should it was one of the best Italian meals we have had. We will be talking about this meal for years to come! All I can say is try it for yourself but the salad, pasta, pizza, tiramisu and ice cream were all delicious and all home made with chef coming out with pizza flour all over his arms to serve his homemade lemoncello! A great experience highly recommended
Found this restaurant by chance. Amazing friendly service, everything homemade even the Limoncello. Massive portions. Lovely little family restaurant. Gem of a find
The homemade pastas and the salads made with home-grown ingredients are the best ones I have tried in the city. I have hear from other people that pizzas are not that special, I never ordered myself so I cannot tell. Prices can seem high, but bear in mind that one ration easily feeds two people.
The best Italian castellón. pizzas, pasta and very good salads. the owners are a love in attention and service.
