Following a suggestion I went to eat stockfish fish. What I liked the most was the marinated one: nice calloused. The other dishes stews, roasts were a little soft. Either the soaking or cooking process took too long. But here we enter on personal tastes. However, the quality of the raw material is excellent. Location: a typical family run trattoria.
