What User doesn't like about Wok Gu:
little variety of dishes and little quantity on the trays that made it run fast and you had to wait for the replacement. Some dishes were not hot at all, only tempered. attention from the fast waiters to attend to the request for drinks and place yourself at a table. I went on a Saturday night and there weren't a lot of people so you can be quiet. View all feedback.
We’ve been here a lot, but this restaurant becomes worse every year. The first few times we came here, we enjoyed the food and the staff, but now some of the staff were very unfriendly. They didn’t smile at us and barely talked to us. A positive thing is that they cleared the table with the dirty plates fast, but there is nothing more positive to say about it . The chef was also not smiling at us. He seemed very irritated. Furthermore, I gave him a plate with vegetables to cook. As soon as my vegetables were in the pan, he grabbed my plate and the food of another person waiting in the line. He put the food of the other person on my plate? That’s not very hygienic. The food was also cold. They told us to stir in the food because the food at the bottom would be warm. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to this restaurant. It’s sad that I can’t give this restaurant not more than 1 star, I would’ve loved to give some positive feedback. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Very poor customer service. They was very rude because we was English. There was 15 of us eating and the bill was over €200.The two chefs at the back of the restaurant made my sister-in-law cry because they was so rude. My sister-in-law ended up not eating anything and they still charged us for her. Would not go back ever again.
I went here on holiday and the staff member that served me was very rude. I ask how much a meal was and she just said minimum 4 euros and just walked off even after we used Google translate she just repeated minimum 4 euros , so I wouldn 't recommend going here unless you speak Spanish or Manderian.
Highly disappointing. Saturday night, peak season, half empty. They should be queuing out the door. Very limited choice, food trays left empty. No meat, poultry, no fresh cook noodles, just old tired food and we arrived just after it opened. I will never come back and I will be very surprised if it is still open next season
You need to be VERY hungry when you come here, as there will be a lot of good food to eat. My tip is to take a little bit of everything (very little bit at first, and then come back for what you liked the most It's also a bit cheaper on workdays, so plan accordingly;
