The bistro on the upper floor, in contrast to the bar on the ground floor, is a lovely and intimate dining space. It's not widely known, but it's beautifully designed and offers a great view. The staff was efficient and even a bit more attentive than necessary at times, but overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience.
