the personal was playfully great. I also like this one died from a reason that I don't want to advertise. the parking space is for a 26-foot-penske early in the morning so far my first and only stop here). I need to turn off a star to not the spinach-feta-wrap on the menu. I would say it is fast and easy access to norths to 5 and it is convenient the last L.A city exit before the cross section of the grapevine View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Poor services they don't listen to what you want in drinks, I got a white chocolate mocha hella sweet and a regular coffee cream and sugar on side and they decided to put it in not good not the best customer servics more like the worst I've had and all them b could say I'm sorry. View all feedback.
Always is fast and I didn't get many cases of them my order wrong. friendly staff and inviting caffe.
Have taken dozens of drinks and eat. the workers are great. always good quality.
Fast interaction with 3 of the staff, friendly but not over the top. it was the best coffee shop experience.
Stopped from this place on the way to la to take a cup of coffee, we encountered the rudest server ever, ordered 3 drinks waited 15 minutes, me and my gf, we are totally amazed by the condesctive behavior of this thin caucasian girl at the theke. I mean, we were not in a hurry, we had nothing to do with waiting for drinks, but they have to treat people with little respect.
We ordered a mango Passion fruit refresher refresher and it tasted really water down in bland. So we took it in to get a remake and wound up standing there waiting about half an hour while they made a bunch of other drinks. It would have been good customer service to have simply remade it which takes one quick minute and ended it over rather than making us wait so long for a drink that they had made wrong.
