Carl's Jr. - Castaic

I give this restaurant four stars primarily because of one exceptional cashier. His customer service is excellent and he always goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, the manager and another cashier I encountered during my visit caused me to dock one star from my rating. The other cashier completely ignored me until the manager intervened and asked if I needed assistance. To make matters worse, when I requested more Ranch dressing, the cashier blatantly lied and said they were out, even though I could see it right in front of me. I don't plan on returning to this establishment, but I feel the need to give a special shout-out to the cashier with the black cross earrings - you are truly amazing and deserve better. Keep up the great work and find a place where your talents are truly appreciated. Additionally, I want to mention that the manager instructed the cashier to lie to me in Spanish, assuming I couldn't understand. I would advise the management to ensure their employees are more cautious when attempting to deceive customers, as language barriers do not always prevent understanding.

We ordered the 2 for $4.50 deal which included the spicy chicken sandwich and double cheeseburger (item #16). Along with that, we also got the Burrito and Biscuit sandwich. My meal came with the sandwiches, small fries, and a drink for a total of $11. I wish the chicken had a bit more spice, but overall we received great customer service.

I wasn't a huge fan of Carl's Jr until I tried it here. The server was really friendly and made the late-night experience enjoyable. The burgers and fries were delicious. I would definitely return.

I'll give him four stars. only because 1 cash is amazing. his customer service is the best notch. he's the guy with the black crucifix rings, I'm not great with names. but the manager and the other cassian I met, let me rate him 1 star. not only that the other cashier ignored my existentiality until a man was kind enough to ask me if I need help. but when I asked for more ranch, she instructed me the same casser to lie to me and say they were outside. (the ranch was in severity.) will not go there again, but I want to give the kerl with the cross earrings a shout. they are amazing, they keep these energy up and honest, they are too good for this place. they find somewhere where they are appreciated. edit they let me add that the manager has instructed the cashier to lie to me on Spanish. only because I spoke with them in English only when ordering. Perhaps a future advice, please tell their employees to be more careful when they try to lie to someone. just because someone speaks English to them does not mean they are not bilingual.
