I placed my order through the mobile app and decided to dine in. I specifically requested that my food be made fresh, as I've previously received meals that seemed like they had been sitting out for too long. The staff member assured me that the food had just come up, so we took a seat to eat. However, my burger was missing onions, and I had to go ask for them. The fries were not fresh either; they were barely warm and tasted like old grease. When I pointed out the issue with the burger, the staff person repeated that it was freshly prepared and mentioned that the grease had been changed that morning. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was also lukewarm, indicating it wasn't freshly made. If I had more time, I would have asked them to prepare everything fresh while I waited, but I had an appointment and couldn't stick around. This has happened before, and I cannot recommend this place for dining. Sorry!
