There are places or we regret not being able to add a 6th star so we love this Provencal Tian, copied, well seasoned, generous in fish and seafood, its rust mak... read more There are places or we regret not being able to add a 6th star so we love this Provencal Tian, copied, well seasoned, generous in fish and seafood, its rust makes home... a real signature dish that the current owner has resumed and honored since the famous and folkloric Mr Joël at the origin of Calendal. Only by greed (because the Tian is really hearty) we took in and desserts and everything was delicious. There may be a small work to be done in the presentation of desserts but this is very personal to each, otherwise the flavors were very well worked. It's not for meat that we go here but it deserves to be mentioned that cooking our son's rib was perfectly controlled. The owner served us in person and we found him friendly and pleasant. Bravo!!!
