Wawa - Casselberry

V and Brenda brighten my day with their warm smiles and friendly service every time I visit! The barista is also delightful. Wawa has the best coffee around!

The coffee was cold and had grounds in it. There was no French vanilla or hazelnut available, and both the Colombian and regular varieties were also served cold. Unfortunately, the quality of service at Wawa has declined significantly. It seems they no longer prioritize their customers' needs. They really need to return to New Jersey and relearn how to provide the Wawa experience.

Today, I forgot my keys at home, and my wife was out of town, so I went to Wawa to charge my phone since I live just two minutes away from your store. After this experience, I wouldn't consider going to any Wawa again because of how the manager treated me. He seemed to think I was lying and dismissed my concerns, assuming I was just trying to take advantage of the situation.

I love this WaWa. Nice friendly employees who are great at customer service. Today was no exception. I decided to give the pizza a try. Unfortunately they were having issues with the oven and burned two of them! The manager on duty refunded my money and ask I give him another try at getting it right. Third time was a charm and I got my small half pepperoni half cheese pie. The pizza was good for a convenient store one. Good but not great. I feel it is priced too high for the quality. The sauce was kind of bland. However, toppings were good and generous. Plenty of cheese too. Would I get another? Yes, but NOT at current price.

That short white lady working the drink station today cannot make drinks to save her life. I ordered an ice coffe with extra caramel and she gave me the most disgusting drink I've ever had from this wawa. I usually only come to this wawa for my drink. The young girl with the clear glasses and the young man with the dreads and glasses ALWAYS makes it good, with LOVE! I asked her to remake my drink, something I normally wouldn't do but it was too awful to drink. Watching her remake it. With attitude, she fills 80% of the cup up with coffe, didn't even stir the caramel or add the extra caramel I paid for. The second drink was worst then the first.
