Pollo Tropical - Casselberry

There are many delicious vegan options to choose from at this restaurant! I used to enjoy making a meal out of their vegan sides like plantains, beans & rice, fried yuca, and waffle fries. Now they also offer Beyond Meat vegan protein, which can be added to tostadas, wraps, or bowls. Most of their signature sauces are vegan and delicious! Make sure to check out their vegan menu online before you go. They offer indoor seating or drive-thru options, and provide quick and fabulous hot meals. Be sure to give it a try!

The Pollos Chicken Soup Bowl is not what was advertised - it lacks the quantity of ingredients to be considered a true soup. It mostly consisted of a small amount of chicken and lacked flavor. Additionally, the quesadilla wrap pictured showed two quesadillas but only one was included, which was misleading. Overall, I was very disappointed and unhappy with my experience.

There are so many amazing vegan options to choose from at this restaurant! I always make sure to order some of their delicious plantain side dishes, they never disappoint.

My friends and I recently dined at this restaurant and I must say, having a friendly voice, a warm smile, and a wonderful personality really enhances the dining experience. We were lucky enough to have a delightful interaction with Laura in the drive-thru. She ensured that we had all we needed and directed us to park near the front while our food was being prepared. Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor truly made our visit special. Laura, please never let anyone dull your sparkle, you are a true gem!
